Why Doesn't My Dealer Show Within Buy Now

There are a number of factors that may impact dealers from appearing within the Buy Now popup. The following are the most common reasons:
  1. The product does not have any dealer links associated to it for the selected country. Check to ensure there is an associated link to the dealer's product page within the product. For more information, please visit: Supplier Manage Product Links
  2. The dealer's product violates MAP pricing (if US MAP pricing is enabled with the Buy Now Settings page (https://omacro.com/supplier/buy-now/settings)
  3. The dealer is not configured properly. Check to make sure the dealer has the appropriate attributes associated to it, such as having checked Retail Location, Online, Service Center, Rental Provider. To manage dealer attributes, use the Manage Sellers page (https://omacro.com/supplier/manage-sellers).
  4. The dealer or product is not associated to the appropriate Product Group. Check to ensure both product and dealer are within the same Product Group.
  5. A recently added dealer may not appear immediately after changes have been made. Many aspects of the Buy Now results are cached, so please allow 10 minutes (usually less) to pass. 

Why Doesn't My Dealer Show Within Buy Now Setting Sort List

If a dealer does not appear within the dealer list, the dealer may not be configured properly. Check to make sure the dealer has the appropriate attributes associated to it, such as having checked the Online attribute.
