Initial Onboarding of Sellers

Initial Onboarding of Sellers

To aid and expedite your initial implementation, please provide a list of sellers have attached the above mentioned Excel template. We will use to do the import of all of your sellers. Please note, in the event you are on-boarding multiple omacro accounts (to accommodate unique brands), please provide a separate sheet for each brand. There are notes on the file when you open it, however don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

Instructions to create Seller import list

1) Only include a single location for each seller. If seller has more than one location, please list and select only the headquarter location.

2) Please note in column B if the seller is a single location or has multiple locations (there is only a need to list the single headquarter location).

3) Do your best to include city or town, state or province, however we understand that many international addresses do not follow this format. The most important part is the street address, country code and postal code.

4) For the company name, please use the name how customers know the seller. For example, if a company's business name is John Smith Incorporated, however their store name is Johnny's Guitars, please use "Johnny's Guitars" for the business name.

5) We primarily match on website. Only include the main root domain and no http or https or www prefixes, i.e. johnnysguitars.com and not http://www.johnnysguitars). Ideally you will have this information, however if you do not have the sellers website, you may leave this blank.

6) You can also provide a sellers domain that also includes your brand's landing page within their website. We can include this as a destination for our General Dealer Locator and fall back when we have no specific product results, i.e. johnnysguitars/your-brand-here. If you do not know this information or the sellers does not have your brand's landing page, you can leave this blank.

7) Please mark "Yes" or "No" in each "Online" results, "Store Map" results; show as a "Rental Provider"; and or "Service Center" columns to specify if the seller is to be shown in those results.

Note: You will notice that sheet does not contain a field for sellers' phone numbers. We will either already have the phone number on file, or we will pull and validate from Google Business Listing data. For companies that have multiple locations, we will either have their locations on file or we will retrieve them separately.
